1. About the platform

JivanBharat is an information and navigation service that helps you discover hospitals, doctors and treatments, understand costs and reports, and move through your care journey. We provide tools and information — not medical care.

2. Not medical advice

Content on JivanBharat, including anything produced by Jivan AI, is general information for education and navigation. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional. Always consult your doctor before making health decisions.

3. No insurer or provider relationship

Using the platform does not create a doctor–patient relationship with any listed provider, nor an insurer–insured relationship with any listed insurance company. Any treatment, coverage or payment arrangement is strictly between you and the provider or insurer.

4. Provider information and verification

We take reasonable steps to verify hospital and doctor listings, but information can be incomplete or out of date. Listing on JivanBharat is not an endorsement, and you should independently confirm credentials, accreditation and costs before proceeding with care.

5. Demo data notice

Much of the content on this platform — hospital details, doctor profiles, reports, prices and patient stories — is illustrative demo data created for this prototype. It does not describe real people, facilities or guarantees.

6. Privacy

Your health data is used only with your explicit consent, and you can review, revoke or delete it. See our Privacy page for the plain-language summary of your controls.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping provider listings for commercial reuse, no impersonation, no attempts to access other users’ data, and no use of Jivan AI to obtain emergency or self-diagnostic guidance.
